Questions

Postage, payment, gifts, commissions and returns. If yours is not here, just ask.

Can I order something that is already sold?
Yes, though it will not be identical. I do not weave the same piece twice, so what you get is something close to it rather than a copy. Message me about the piece you liked and I will tell you what is possible.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
UK postage and packaging is included in every price on this site, so what you see is what you pay. I ship worldwide too, but international postage is quoted case by case: get in touch before you order and I will work it out.
How long will it take to arrive?
Most pieces are posted within a week. If a week has gone by with nothing from me, chase me.
Can I have it gift wrapped?
Yes. A handwritten gift note is free, so tell me what you would like it to say. Gift wrapping in a presentation box is £5. Mention either when you order.
How do I pay?
There is no checkout on this site. Message me about the piece you want and I will take card payment over the phone. Visa, Mastercard and most debit and credit cards are fine. American Express is not accepted.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, and I enjoy them. Tell me what you have in mind, the colours you are working with and roughly what size, and I will tell you whether it is possible and what it would cost.
How should I wash it?
On a delicates cycle. Handwoven cloth in merino, silk and linen will last for years if it is treated gently, and linen gets softer every time it is washed.
Can I send something back?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day it arrives to change your mind on anything bought from the shop, and longer if something is faulty. Commissions and pieces woven to your own specification are the exception. The returns page sets out the detail.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell me straight away and I will put it right. Everything is packed by hand and textiles travel well, so it is rare, but transit damage happens.
How do I get in touch?
WhatsApp is quickest, and there is a button on every piece that opens a message with the piece already named. You can also email annemarie@perennialweaver.com or call 07950 172499.
Can I see your work in person?
Yes, at craft fairs. I exhibit around the UK through the year, and my profile on UK Craft Fairs lists where I will be next. I work from a home studio, so it is not open to visitors.
What happens to my details?
They are used to answer you and to get your order to you, and nothing else. Nothing is passed to anyone else, there is no mailing list and this site sets no tracking cookies. The privacy page explains what little is collected.

Still not sure?

Message me and I will answer you myself. There is nobody else here.
